Registering with MyGatic provides you with the simplest way to collect and store relevant Access Covers downloads or Slotdrain downloads as you explore the site. You can also store Gatic StreetWise downloads here.
Every drawing or specification you choose to save will be pinned automatically to your own dedicated page. You can review your page and its contents at any time by clicking on the MyGatic link at the top right of the website.

Q: How to register:
A: You can register by clicking here, or by clicking on ‘Login’ at the top right of any page. Simply fill in your name, email, company and password, and your account will be created.
Q: How to log in:
A: Navigate to the right of the website page you are on. You will see MyGatic, with Login highlighted in blue. Click, and your login page will pop up.
Q: How to use MyGatic:
A: As you browse the Product Selector pages for either Slotdrain or Access Covers, you will find drawings and information available as downloads alongside the option to ‘Save to MyGatic’.
Click in the tick-box, and the drawing will be pinnned automatically to your MyGatic page. You can repeat this for as many products as you like. All the information you need is now stored in one handy place.
Q: Where is my MyGatic page?
A: Whenever you want to review your page, navigate to the top right of the page you are on. You will see ‘MyGatic’ and ‘Logout’ in blue. Click on ‘MyGatic’ and your page will appear, populated with all the documents and drawings you have saved.
Q: How do I delete a drawing or document from MyGatic?
A: Next to each drawing or document in your list, there is a red circle with a white line through it. If you click that, your drawing or document will be deleted. If you want to re-add the drawing or document, you can do so at any time by navigating through the Product Selector pages to the relevant item, and clicking ‘Save to MyGatic’.
Q: How do I logout?
A: Navigate to the top right of the page you are on. You will see ‘MyGatic’ and ‘Logout’ in blue. Click on ‘Logout’.
Q: What do you do with my information?
A: When you sign up to MyGatic, we add your details to our customer database. This helps us to identify you when you contact us regarding projects in the future. We also add you automatically to our mailing list. Twice monthly, we send out newsletters with updates, advice, and product release information. It is easy to unsubscribe to these newsletters - simply click 'unsubscribe' at the top of any mailing. This does not effect your MyGatic. Q: How do I delete my profile?
A: You can contact us at any time, by phone or email, if you would like us to delete your profile.
